Nadine Stevens

I started my career and study of law in 2007. Since then I have graduated from University with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and am a solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

I practice in various areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Property Law and Conveyancing. Given my experience in various areas of law, this is particularly useful when advising clients, as quite often situations can overlap into different areas of law, and outcomes in one area of law may affect a client in another area of their life. This allows me to view a client’s matter from several perspectives of the law and make sure that they are protected.

I have a wealth of experience across parenting, property, recovery orders, and domestic and family violence matters.

And after many years in practice, I have commenced my own practice now known as Nadine Stevens Legal. I am the Director at Nadine Stevens Legal and proud to be leading an amazing team. Our focus is on delivering clarity, compassion and certainty to our clients so that they can move forward with their lives and achieve a protected outcome in their legal matters quickly and cost-effectively to minimise emotional and financial stress.
