Andrew Spinelli is the owner and licensed builder with 14 years experience in the building industry based in the Shoalhaven.
In 2014 “Spinelli’s carpentry & building” was born and Andrew was servicing locals in carpentry and building projects while also working full time for another local building company as an onsite Foreman/Supervisor. Looking after a team of five carpenters and apprentices, Andrew gained many years of experience building custom homes as he would be working on two to four homes in the same time period. Andrew also has experience in major structural renovations, working with engineers to design and modify structural elements of homes. Andrew is also experienced in metal roofing and concreting.
Andrew left his employment in 2017 and launched “Spinelli Constructions” and has a working relationship with up to 15 different types of contractors and many different types of local suppliers of building products. Outside of Spinelli Constructions, Andrew is a devoted father to 4 beautiful kids and competes in Hobie Catamaran Sailing.
